Congratulations, and celebrations... *sings* Oh joy, no more exams! The weight of the past month has all but lifted completely. Still, no worries. No, thats not right, a worry-free life has its way of avoiding myself. So, the right term would be... Less worries. Haha
Alright, enough with the intro, here are the stories.
Last Exam Day (for me)
Taking the Art paper was definitely a pleasant surprise. Minus, of course, that I was the only non-Chinese speaker in that particular community. Talking was not forbidden, and the teacher just left us at our own accord. The practical part was not so surprising. I mean, how can one completely replicate someones drawing in 3 hours? Impossible, believe me.
Theory however, was strangely relaxing. They even waited for me before starting the paper, and I waltzed in, panting, 15 minutes late; naturally, fashionably, late. And was greeted by a handsome sight. Philip was attempting a catwalk on the table and nearly severed his head with the fan. But when it did start, the teacher came in with a student, went into the store room, came out and said 'Nanti kutip kertas dan letak sini *pats table* yea?' Then, she left.
At once the babble on the other table began. At mine, Ting En started.
'Eh, that one boy or girl ah?' She was referring to the student with the teacher.
And the debate between our table spread to include the next.
The talking never ceased after that, and yet nobody cheated. We are such good students. Those who finished, and couldn't bother checking just sat and chatted as usual. Philip, again, on the other hand, started singing, reeling off Disney songs and rending A Whole New World unrecognisable. Then came the Mandaring singing, which I laughed through anyway because he was doing Chinese opera, and was attempting voices of both genders. Quite amusing, really.
Black Eyed Peas Concert
Its today. Probably going on at this minute. Vi-Jean left early Friday, so she wasn't at school. Amirah left late Friday, and so she was at school. And later, an sms came from her.
Mira : Hey, you didn't tell me u were going to the bep concert
Muah : Huh? But I'm not going, unless you care to pay for me XD
Mira : Funny, vijean told me she saw u there.
Muah : Okay... i must have been spiritually present then. haha!
Mira : Oh muh bad. So see you there
Muah : I'm not going!
Mira : Alright, so I'll see you u soon then.
Muah : IM NOT GOING!
Mira : Oops, sorry!
And Huey Shan got free tickets. Screw it...
Parasites Are In Our Clothing!
Wash Bras and other clothing before use!
Most people do but this is just a warning for those that don't.....
Read the account first, then brace yourselves before looking at the
pics.............
WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT PARASITES ARE IN OUR CLOTHING
WHEN WE BUY THEM.
Wash your bra's before you wear them!!! Please make it a habit from this point forward to wash your just-purchased Undergarments before wearing them. This is sensitive.
After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an expedition in
South America, she noticed a very strange rash on her left breast.
Nobody knew what it was and she quickly dismissed it believing that they would leave in time.
Upon her return she decided to see a doctor after she started developing intense pains. The doctor, not knowing the exact severity of the disease, gave her antibiotics and special creams. As time lapsed the pain did not subside and her left breast became more inflamed and started to bleed.
She decided to bandage her sores. However as Susan's pain grew more
intense she decided to seek help from a more certified doctor.
Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek the
aid of one of his colleagues who specializes in dermatology.
Unfortunately, the doctor was on vacation. She waited for two weeks and
finally was able to reach the dermatologist. Sadly, a life changing event was about to unfold during her appointment.
To Miss McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found
larvae growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her breast.
Sometimes these wicked creatures would all together simultaneously move
around into different crevices. What she didn't know was that the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought, for these larvae were feeding off the fat,
tissue, and even milk canals of her breast.
